Jim Moody
PRESIDENT AND CEO, VETS-Inc.
Jim Moody is a retired U.S. Naval officer with more than 23 years of business development experience for small and large businesses. VETS, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), specializes in providing IT support services, program management, administrative support, and acquisition and intelligence analysis support services to government clients. Under Mr. Moody’s leadership, VETS, Inc. has experienced significant growth since its founding in 2005.
With more than three decades of experience in the field of information technology, Mr. Moody is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of software design and development, business analysis, IV&V/testing and technical help desk support. He has been supporting the USTRANSCOM, AMC and SDDC’s transportation systems since 1992, including: GATES Ocean, the Worldwide Port System (WPS), the Integrated Booking System (IBS), the Cargo and Billing System (CAB), the Advanced Computer Flight Planning (ACFP) system, and USTRANSCOM’s Change Management and Supply Chain Management requirements.
Mr. Moody is also a co-owner and president of eVETS, Inc., a successful SDVOSB and Small Business Administration (SBA) certified HubZone Small Business. CPS VETS, Inc. specializes in providing IT support services, program management, and consulting support services to government clients. He is also a founding Board Member of the National Veterans Small Business Coalition (NVSBC).
Stephanie Devine Clemons

Stephanie Devine Clemons is a versatile, proven professional with more than twenty years of experience in business development, process improvement, program management and sales – primarily in, but limited to, the commercial and government sectors. With a passion for recruiting, Ms. Clemons is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills and the subsequent ability to relate well at all levels of customer management. She demonstrated abilities in building rapport with clients and fostering beneficial business relationships with a high level of creativity and integrity. She enjoys building highly motivated, successful teams – because in the end, it all comes back to the people.
Gavin McCulley

Staffing Pros' close ties with Morgan 6 (M6) provides the highest-level of knowledge for employers looking for contractors from HubZone-specific partners. As president, Gavin McCulley has successfully led this full-service information technology firm specializing in agile solutions, government IT services, cyber security, custom software development and infrastructure management for the Department of Defense, the Department of Veteran's Affairs and other U.S. government agencies. Prior to his tenure at M6, Mr. McCulley served as a Logistics Officer and a Commander in the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and served two tours of duty in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan where he was decorated three times with the Bronze Star Medal. His passion for technology and the entrepreneur community, coupled with his focus on disciplined execution and operational excellence, are his driving forces.
